CONSENT All clients must complete a virtual health and skin history form 24 hrs prior. Additional consent forms may be required in person for additional treatments/modalities. PRE-FACIAL PRECAUTIONS Consult with your doctor before booking. Refrain from exfoliating & shaving at least 6 hrs prior to your appointment. Keep face bare, free of makeup. PRIVACY All discussed remains confidential. BOOKING Oui Spa NYC operates exclusively by appointment. Explore all services strictly online via ouispanyc.glossgenius.com RESERVATION - RETAINER Reserve your time with a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit (goes towards your service). CONFIRMATION All appointments must be confirmed 24 hours prior. In the event that an appointment is not confirmed with time allotment, Oui Spa NYC reserves the right to cancel the appointment booked. You will receive a reminder and confirmation via text and/or email reminder 1-2 days prior to your appointment, giving you the opportunity to make changes if necessary. REQUIREMENTS Please provide 3x3m of floor space in your designated space to accommodate my table and cart GUESTS For liability purposes, no extra guests / children, and no pets (service pets including). LATENESS 10 minutes grace period. CANCELLATION 24 hour advance notice required. Oui Spa NYC reserves the right to charge full price of the service(s) booked for any appointment that is not canceled within a 24 the allotted time. This amount cannot be applied to future appointments. NOTE I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, I simply ask that you adhere to the following policies. No fees ought to be implemented as long as you remain mindful of my time. NO-SHOW No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. RESCHEDULE Should you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact me in the above number. All policy fees must be paid in full to resume any future appointments. If not paid within 7 business days from the due date, you will be indefinitely terminated as a client. MARKETING RELEASE You may consent or decline photos & videos release of treatment footage as advertisement (social media, print, website) on the virtual intake form. PRICING Service prices are subject to change. PAYMENT Cash, Credit & Debit cards, Apple Pay, HSA, FSA, and Zelle accepted. PURCHASES ALL sales are FINAL. This applies to services and products. LOCAL ORDERS If your product purchased after a service or during a booked shopping appointment is defective or damaged, please email photos/videos proof to ouispanyc@gmail.com within 24 hours. Next we will set up an appointment to bring it to your home so we may exchange it with the company. EXCHANGES Only locally during your booked at-home shopping appointment. Once the product leaves the spa, it cannot be exchanged unless defective or damaged. ONLINE ORDERS Should your purchase arrive damaged, you must email Oui Spa NYC within 24 hours of your parcel arrival with photos of the items and packaging. If your shipped product purchased on my site or during a virtual consultation, arrives defective or damaged, please email photos/videos proof to ouispanyc@gmail.com within 24 hours, I will assess on a case by case basis. You can also contact USPS to file a claim for damages. MISSING ORDERS If you received a delivery notification but the package never arrived, please contact your local courrier. SHIPPING Shipping will be calculated in your cart at checkout based on the weight of the product(s) you are purchasing as well as your shipping location. TURNAROUND Please allow up to 10 business days for order processing. Once shipped, you'll receive tracking details via email or text. REFUNDS No refunds under any circumstances, including any retainers or services rended. WEATHER Booking limited or unavailable during inclement weather.
